After working closely with the philanthropic and non-profit sectors, we observed, that organizations continue to be set up from homogenous groups, particularly at board level. To achieve our desire for boardrooms to reflect the full diversity of our societies, we have created Designation.One to assist with the recruitment and advancement of diverse talent on boards.
